How do I create an account?

Click the "Open Account" button on the homepage. You'll need to provide your email address, create a password, and fill in your basic information. After registering, you'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

What documents do I need to verify my account?

You'll need a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). Documents must be clear and current. See our KYC Policy for more details.

How long does verification take?

Verification times vary depending on the documents submitted and verification volume. You'll be notified by email once your verification is complete.

Account Management

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password. For security reasons, the link expires after a short period.

How do I update my personal information?

Log in to your account and go to your profile or settings page. Some information changes may require additional verification. Contact support if you need to update verified information.

How do I close my account?

To close your account, please contact our support team. You'll need to withdraw any remaining balance first. Account closure requests are processed according to our terms of service.

Transfers & Payments

How do I send money?

Log in to your account and navigate to the Transfers section. Enter the recipient's details, the amount, and review the transaction before confirming. You may need to enter a verification code for security.

How long do transfers take?

Transfer times depend on the type of transfer and the receiving bank. Internal transfers are typically instant. External transfers may take longer depending on the banks involved and processing schedules.

Can I cancel a transfer?

Once a transfer is confirmed, it may not be possible to cancel. Contact support immediately if you need to stop a transfer. The ability to cancel depends on the transfer status and type.

Security

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Go to your account settings and look for the Security or Two-Factor Authentication section. Follow the instructions to set up 2FA using your preferred method.

What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access?

Change your password immediately and contact our support team. Review your recent account activity and enable two-factor authentication if you haven't already.
